When I was employed as P.A. to Chief Site Engineers based at the Rover Car plant in Cowley Oxford, Rebuilding the Paint shop Project 1996-8. This project had a budget of four million pounds and a fixed term to complete with in the time frame of 2 years or penalty clauses would be invoked.
