"Search and Members" in the Registered Users Menu

With an ever growing database of members it can be time consuming when looking for an individual or almost impossible looking for everyone who was in, for example, Durham House or is a Web Designer.

The SEARCH USERS link (top right) on the Search and Members page allows you to be as general or as specific as you like when you are searching the members database.

Some search examples

Individuals

If you know the person's last name and you enter this in the box and then click Find Users it will list everyone with that last name.

If you know the first letter of the person's last name simply enter this

A little more complex search might be that you know the person's first name and the first letter of the last name.

House related

You want to find everyone who was in Durham House - enter 'Durham' in the House Name box, everyone who was in Durham House will be listed

A little more complex search might be to add dates to list people who where in Durham between the dates you were there.

A wider search could be everyone at KHS between the times you were there.

Job / Location related

You can search for a specific occupation "web" will return any occupation with the letters "web"

Put a County in to find everyone who lives in your County

More complex searches might be A web designer from Hampshire - you could use "Hamp" and "Web"
