In 1966 the existing science block was built.

Finished in 1967 these pictures record the life of the building from a twinkle in the eyes of the planners to the opening day.

I was in Mr. Meerendonks Pioneering Club and we were tasked to establish a concrete pathway around the newly completed science block. Dr Mike Clutson, now a renown Oil Exploration Geologist, was also on the team. I was back on the Hill a couple of years ago and although covered in brambles it is still there. Learnt allot from the "Proff"
