Dear Old boys and girls, supporters and Visitors,
These are exciting times at Kingham Hill for Rugby Development. As you are aware, rugby at Kingham Hill is our major sport and our success and development over the last two years has been huge. We are working hard to reach the standards of the glory days of years gone by and we would like to work in partnership in order to achieve this.
We have had 18 boys selected for Oxfordshire County trials this year and with the Rugby World Cup 2011 only a few months away rugby will soon be the main sporting focus in the world. We are pleased to announce that there will be 1st XV and 2nd XV fixtures throughout the season next year and we have an exciting fixtures list planned.
Please read the information below and if you are interested in becoming a sponsor it would be great to talk in the near future. The options are as follows:
⌂ Personal sponsorship: Any gift no matter how small would be appreciated. Buying the boys a round of drinks on tour or helping to fund a few more rugby balls to play with next season will all be helpful.
⌂ Specific Sponsorship: Personal or company sponsorship would be appropriate and would be designed to support a specific area of KHS Rugby. Sponsor a team, a year group, the tour, the tour kit, or the whole season. Or maybe you would like to give a certain amount towards rugby development at Kingham Hill and allow me to allocate where it would benefit most.
⌂ Major / Corporate Sponsorship: There are two ways for this to happen. You could still give personally or via a company. We would be happy to add designs and company logos to all of our kit. Sponsorship would be for the whole of KHS rugby and would help with our senior tour and would also be used for training equipment, specialist coaching and the current season. Kit sponsorship would be for the duration of two years as we change our senior strip every two years. Major / Corporate sponsorship would normally involve amounts over 7k.

Yours in rugby
