Kingham Hill School is coming to terms with the death of Logan Renner, a pupil from Year 8. He died as a result of an injury caused by an air rifle at the family home during Sunday morning, 29 January.
Headmaster, Nick Seward, comments: "Logan was a popular pupil from a delightful family. His sudden death in tragic circumstances is a terrible shock. Our prayers are with his parents, Mary, his sister, who is in Year 7, and other members of the immediate and extended family. We will do all that we can to support them through this awful time."
The school has offered counselling support to pupils and staff.
Logan joined Kingham Hill as a day pupil in September 2011. He will be very sadly missed.
